Muay Thai is a combat style designed to use the eight hardest parts of your body: hands, elbows, knees, and shins. It is one of the most effective fighting styles there is because of it's versatility and all around effectivness. We teach it for self defense but also for competition.

Krav Maga is our go to defense art to teach real self-defense based on a practical, non sport system designed for rapid training. Focusing on instinctive movement, extreme efficiency, aggression and neutralizing threats under extreme stress.
The same system designed by the Israeli Defense Forces. We teach this to current and former law enforcment as well as to the public.

Contact UsNo. Most of our students start with little to no martial arts or fitness experience. Our classes are designed to help you build strength, endurance, and confidence at your own pace. You’ll improve your fitness naturally through consistent training, and our instructors will guide you every step of the way.
Yes. Beginners are welcome in every class. We have classes to teach fundamentals that we teach in a structured, safe environment. Whether your goal is self-defense, fitness, or competition, we make sure you feel comfortable and supported from day one.

We’ll provide guidance on any gear you may need. Many students start with basic workout clothes and upgrade gear later if they decide to continue training.
Safety is our top priority. Our experienced instructors teach proper technique, control, and awareness to ensure a safe training environment. Classes are supervised at all times, and students train at an appropriate pace based on their experience level. Please remember though, this is combat sports. We take great care to ensure safety. But it is also your responsibility to know when to stop or ask for help.
Yes. Our kids program focuses on confidence, discipline, respect, and self-defense. Your children learn valuable life skills while improving coordination, focus, and physical fitness in a positive and supportive environment.
Most students train 2–4 times per week, but you can start with whatever fits your schedule. Even training once or twice per week can produce noticeable improvements in fitness, confidence, and skill.

Yes. Our training focuses on practical, real-world self-defense skills. You’ll learn how to stay calm under pressure, control situations, and protect yourself effectively using proven techniques from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, striking, and combat training.
